I recently bought the first support that I've ever been good with (Nautilus) and thought to myself "what would it be like to do this for my entire team?" So, the question of this thread is thus: Who is the best roaming support in the game?
Too many variables to say one specifically is better than the rest. Anyone can be a good roaming support in the right situations
Bard is the best roaming support because he can do it quickly and is always rewarded for it through chime collection. Thresh and Blitz have good roams too though since they can easily set up kills.
Any support with hard CC. A pre-6 sona roam isn't as strong as a pre-6 bard or leona roam.
Any champion that has hard CC can roam. Champions who have kits that are almost entirely CC oriented will be the "best" roaming supports. For example, Nautilus has 4 CC abilities and a shield. Almost his entire kit is CC so he is one of the "best" roaming supports.
Blitzcrank, Nami, Thresh, Leona, Nautilus, Karma, are probably the "best" in general.
I've always enjoyed roaming with Braum. Has the CC and mobility, and also the peel to gank lanes that are behind.

Are all pretty good roamers. Yes, even naut... He IS A JUNGLER AS WELL. If you gank right you ca set up some nice kills.
is hard.. he's squishy balloon easily poped.. time your ult wrong you'll have your team rage at you. Stun is harder to land, sometimes getting chimes can get you caught out and BOOM dead.

Then when you think you're comfortable try and upon mastering him your team will hail you as a hero.
Like whenever your ADC goes Back, and the enemy bot is dead or backed. Try surprise roaming mid if you can. I do it all the time as an 
and SKADOOSH my panda all over their mid laner..
