Getting Leaver-bustered for not AFKing or DCing

I've gotten three leaver busters essentially because league of legends files have the most wonderful habit of becoming corrupted at least ten times more often than any other game I've ever played. The game consistently becomes broken at random times, without any warning, and then I end up having to wait twenty+ minutes before every match because the League client crashes without any warning when I start a match. This is, frankly, ridiculous. I haven't willingly left a match in more than two months, and yet have gotten leaver bustered three times in that time frame for this exact reason. It wouldn't even be an issue if it were just ten or five minute wait times, but this happens so consistently that the wait time never goes down. Why do you still get leave bustered even though you send an error report to riot, after your client crashes and won't restart? It is incredibly unfair, and I regularly stop playing because I get so discouraged because I get punished for essentially not repairing my LoL files twice a week.
