How to make runeglaive useful on more AP junglers

AP 40>>70 CDR 10>>20 Mana same Mana Regen +100% base Unique passive- spellblade: 30% ap >> 40% ap AOE>> AOE vs Monsters, 20% Slow vs champions on basic attack>> basic attack or spell Unique passive- Runesap: Restore 6% of damage dealt as health and 3% as mana while fighting monsters.

The idea is simple. Runeglaive would be an item AP junglers would rush as cheap items. So, what we do is give it nearly the same stats as the OTHER early game rush ap item: item 3165 . Of course, due to the AP ratio it grants, it should be slightly less valuable.

The reason many ap junglers suffer is mana issues. This was not a problem in season 4 due to spirit stone. Since that was removed, they need help on that.

The spellblade passive as it stands is just a bad idea. Just look at champions like Fiddlesticks. You want HIM to build Sheen? If he stops draining to autoattack, HE IS DEAD. If it applied to spells however, suddenly casters can use the ap jungle item.

Except Fiddles can return to mid lane and take back his dangerous roamer role while we send someone much more appropriate to the jungle and the Runeglaive, such as Diana, Ekko, Orianna, Lulu, Leona, Sejuani (assuming those two decide to play AP, which totally works) and others. Don't act like Fiddlesticks HAS to jungle. Every change closes some doors, and open some more.

In short, aside from having too little AP, i find the Runeglaive quite perfect, thank you, and I want it to stay. Fiddlesticks is not the only AP jungler, and the game doesn't have to be balanced around him.

I disagree with the health gain part of it. This would push AP mages to the top of the meta faster than Tanks did.

Also, Fiddle can weave an auto between drains. It wouldn't really be that hard.

I do agree that it needs more stat wise though. Maybe 60 AP would be better, along with the 20% Cdr. Kinda iffy on the Mana Regen though. We don't want this item to be TOO good.
