Now that Cait got her skin , can we nerf her ?

Seriously Riot , over oppressive lane phase , doesn't fall off nearly as bad as she should/used to and is a monster late game , with a ton of safety and range + to make her range even larger. And with each patch , it just seems to get worse and worse. Now she can buy a GA that gives her Ad , so that way , even if you kill her , you are shit out of luck because she will come right back up and murder you
