Do I take exhaust or ignite? I'm too afraid Vayne will trishot my adc after finishing her 1 item if I take ignite.

If you can convince your ADC to build Executioner's Calling, take Exhaust.

Alternatively, take Exhaust and focus down Soraka.

You shouldnt take ignite against vayne because if you're playing soraka your adc should be poking down vayne while getting healed from you and your Q harass. you dont need ignite

Janna Nami Sona Karma Zyra and sometimes Braum , don't really know how to counter a soraka + vayne with these champions

Soraka is supporting the Vayne.

Take all in champions vs soraka. Hook her a couple times, make her blow f and Vaynes heal, then all in again. I always thresh, blitz, or Naut against soraka
