Is my new sivir build good? Or...

Idk it's unconventional and I can see why people keep questioning it at first, but they learn to like it and I got like 9 ranked wins in a row with it in diamond/plat elo so far. It has a weaker but versatile mid-game that lets me transition between splitting and team fighting with its early 40% cdr and takiness. It usually has a decent late-game that lets me survive getting dove by people like yasuo or lee sin or irelia, and also lets me constantly chip away the entire team with low cdr w and high attack speed, avoiding the necessity for statikk shiv and ionian boots, take a look and see for yourself:

Did you miss an item though item 3031 ? There's only 5 there.

I left the last item open because it varies depending on how important my role is as a team-fight carry. If my team relies on me for the damage then I get IE, if my team relies on my to be bait or skirmish then I get GA and if my team's behind but relies on me for split pushing I might get banshees. Or, if our team is behind but they won't last long enough to protect me while GA goes off, I might get banshees for that as well or IE depending on how busty we are to turn around a fight.

item 3085 is also a good choice to reduce a group of enemies to shreds.

Sivir generally doesn't want to have to get close enough for that to be effective cause she has no cc and it's also redundant with her w. Ashe can get it cause she has two cc abilities and cait can cause she also has 2 cc abilities.

it depends, on a TF you are going to attack the closest enemies, they are generally grouped and it can maximize your damage upon them, and since I get 100% crit chance plus 70% crit damage I may be actually dealing (with W) an about of 350% of my AD to them.

Makes sense. I guess item 3812 gives you a ton of damage anyways.

Is the time difference in killing them much different without the extra ratio on the W crit hits or nah?

I've noticed that it is a little bit slower yeah, mainly against tanks, but it still gets the job done with the squishes. Just don't expect to walk into any 1v1 and win, be more cautious.

1v1s with Sivir are usually a bad idea for me anyways; thanks for the heads up though.

it is a difference of 50% in damage without the IE.

Yeah, but you have to account for the extra cd getting spells off cd faster for damage and the extra 5AD (obligatory kappa) from item 3812 .

Since OP isn't building item 3087 the crit bonus off of item 3031 isn't that big of a deal since they stay alive longer to do damage due to item 3046 .

I can't tell the difference from looking at it via theory though, so I asked the OP for feel differences.

well for my build it is; item 3087 item 3031 item 3085 item 3508 item 3812 item 3036

100% crit chance +70% crit damage (20% in runes) 40% CDR 350% of my basic AD dealt to targets in an AoE due to W + Hurricane Multiple quick procs of Statikk and they all will crit due to 100% crit

Yeap, his build is more about survival (Am A Survivor) and mine about max damage potential.

Sometimes I even replace item 3812 with item 3142 , mainly cause Ghostblade plus ult feels so good.

Have you ever tried this on Sivir?; item 3142 item 3069 item 3800 ? so fun to watch your whole team stomping the enemies so quick they can't even react.

I'd never lose the death's dance, love that item too much.

Never tried that on her, never will.[slayer-pantheon-popcorn] Won't get them sweet W crits onto the backline by hitting the tanks with that.

Not so much about the damage but about the movement, if you are building these items you are by no means building damage believe me.

I usually build a little bit different: item 3087 item 3031 item 3085 item 3508 item 3812 item 3036 100% crit +70% crit damage (20% in runes) 40% CDR Shit TONS of AOE damage

**CONS: **no boots :V But I usually just get a item 1001 just for the early until my build requires it to be taken away.

I guess I could see it working if you got a team that protects you or has a lot of aoe cc, but yeah no boots is pretty big no-no for me cause I need to constantly dodge skillshots when I'm team fighting and make it to objectives in time. The only people who can afford not to have boots are cass and old gp because their build lets them scale into enough movement speed that's equivalent to boots.

well this build has 12% movement speed on it (something like 40 ms), plus I have ult and passive, I do well with it. Doesn't matter where I am standing My W always does the trick and if they are grouped Runaan is deadly AF.

Not that I've seen, people usually get Essence and then IE and statikk
