Yeah, you guessed it, Ekko. Basically, he is the combination of what made Diana, Zed, Talon, Fizz, and Akali toxic. Why the fuck would he be allowed to shield more than Diana if he had more mobility than her, AND Fizz E on steroid for ult? Why would he have huge, uncounterable damage via his passive if Talon couldn't have uncounterable damage? And, why, why the flying fuck, would he be allowed to have ANY form of CC is his ult is worse than Zed's "hur dur oops lemme return to my fucking shadow 2000 range away"? He heals and gets shield and bursts and dashes....and he's fucking AP so he can build Zhonya's to be even more cancer than he already is? Honestly right now I'd rather catch Herpes and then get my dick cut off than play against an Ekko. It just makes no fucking sense that something as broken as Ekko can be a thing while you'd nerf Talon and Zed for what little they have in comparison.

It does. Ekko is new and 7800 IP. Everyone already bought Talon and Zed when they were OP, so there's no money to be made there.

Except for the following things:

You claim that Ekko has a Fizz E on steroids for his ult, as well as what makes Zed toxic, however, both are tied to his rather long cooldown ult. Part of what makes Fizz cancer is the fact that he has his troll pole on such a short cooldown.

Ekko's ult is also the single most telegraphed ability in the game, and a significant portion of Ekko's damage is tied to using it.

Talon was nerfed because "Oh I guess I'm silenced now so I just get to sit there as he bursts me down" was cancer. Compared to Ekko, however, where if you dodge his Timewinder, which isn't the hardest thing to do, he's stuck autoing you to build up stacks for his passive.

His shield lasts for less time than his stun, so there's that.

I'll be perfectly honest, I think that Ekko is (mostly) balanced, and just needs a numbers nerf to his passive (reduce its damage + either remove the MS steroid or slow) and perhaps reduce/remove the free %missing health damage that he gets from his W.
