So I've just been thinking, how is Fizz at all balanced? Dat E, just dat fking E....two part dash that makes him invulnerable...on a 8 second CD with 0 CDR.....pls, may I know if this is indeed balanced on a champion who has dmg and CC?
Early it costs 1/3 his mana to use e. Fizz would be more balanced if his mp costs on q,w, and r were higher too.
fizz isnt balanced the troll pole is only called the troll pole cuase of the bs cd is so low and late game its up every fucking 3 secs
Fizz's E is super unbalanced Invunerable, dash far af, dmg, slow and short cd? Pure rubbish, for real this guy can kill you under turrent at full health and end up with over 75% health Riot needs to nerf that E hella hard or at least make the CD longer and either the dash needs to be shortened or the slow needs to go
