I'mma ask again: when will we get another refund?

"The new refund policy will return one refund token every year if you are below the cap of three. Additionally, you can now refund most unused content in the client within a week of purchase without using a token."

I've given this some time. Waited until patch 10.1, waited til the start of the new ranked season before I started complaining. After all, even if they did say every year, they could've easily meant every season, right?

I'm getting just slightly fed up, why couldn't refunds have been reinstated with patch 10.1? It's now nearly two weeks into 2020 and still nothing. I'm desperate to refund this Ekko skin before I can't any longer.

I must be getting old if this is the stuff people are getting desperate about these days.

The skin is cool. But the voice over is literally so unbelievably cringe I actually can't play with it. Shame. I don't play Ekko either. Pure impulse buy. Never again. I should've watched the skin spotlight.

My guess, is it will come on your anniversary date, but you would be better off asking in a support ticket.

I sent in a support ticket, and this was the response I got:

"We currently don't have a specific date as to when exactly the refund tokens will be added to our accounts. You can rest assured that they will end up being added as long as you're at the required cap, though for now we'll have to wait it out until they actually show up."

Not even an estimate, really? I feel like I'm being incredibly impatient but I would've appreciated an estimate at least.
