I'mma ask again: when will we get another refund?

"The new refund policy will return one refund token every year if you are below the cap of three. Additionally, you can now refund most unused content in the client within a week of purchase without using a token."

I've given this some time. Waited until patch 10.1, waited til the start of the new ranked season before I started complaining. After all, even if they did say every year, they could've easily meant every season, right?

I'm getting just slightly fed up, why couldn't refunds have been reinstated with patch 10.1? It's now nearly two weeks into 2020 and still nothing. I'm desperate to refund this Ekko skin before I can't any longer.
