It's never gonna change man. No dev actually cares about anything people say on forums and boards. People will always deny there are so many balance issues (because it's really healthy for anyone to one-shot anyone else no matter how fed), people will always pull that 'lolz many people r saying thsame thing tht mnz echochamber' crap, and people will always come back to the game they should and try to leave only to come back with a sliver of hope that things would get better.

zoe was shit for a while now because people like you cry rather then learn to play against it, she only became viable recently because of the dark harvest change, if you want to look at problem champs look at Akali Kaisa Karthus Lucian Shaco Udyr Also another reminder Zilean mid has had a 55% win rate for over 10 patches now, and nothing has been done to fix it

learn to dodge skill shots? her q and e both have very small hitboxes and i have missed them many times, she was overtuend on released, but thats most champs
