Could we Shift Some of Zyra's Power to Ratios?

I'd like to see Zyra changed to be somewhat less AP apathetic. Currently her base damages are too high and her ratios are too low. This is leading to a Zyra who's an early game bully who's only viable in the support role and a terrible mid lanner. Riot said that they wanted Zyra to be both a support and a Mid lanner but currently Zyra mid is the weakest it's ever been and Zyra support is both overly dominant and incredibly frustrating.

My suggestion to help with this would be to make Zyra build AP to deal damage, her plant base damage especially is just out of line. It takes 760 AP for Zyra to double her plants damage, which is just an absurdly high base:scaling ratio.

I'd propose that the base damage on Zyra's plants be reduced from 29+5xlevel to something around 20+3xlevel while the ratio is increased to 0.25 from 0.15.

These changes would make a Zyra who has minimal AP far less of a damage threat while allowing a mid lane Zyra who builds up an AP heavy build to do more with it.

Zyra mid is weak?? am I missing something?? I played zyra mid once, against zed, my team messed up, he roamed and they fed regardless of countless pings that I did, and to make it worse since he got fed his jungler started camping me, I gave 1 or 2 kills too but still trying to farm and reach mid to late game. Guess what, I won the game all by myself. I don't know how to put it less offensive but my allies were idiots, my jungler fiddle had the worst decision makings and ults and flashes I have ever seen, like someone who just started the game, he even had a skin and acted like a good player with his premade. I carried the game for the simple fact that I was zyra, no one could come close and if they did they insta died.

zyra deals a lot of damage so having power shifted later game would be a nice pace this way i can deal with her early on mid lane or bot lane
