I don't even bother reporting anymore
Because I don't feel like it's actually doing anything. ! out of 100 reports I get a notification, which is disappointing.

Deep Terror Nami2 votesYou only get the notification when your report is [one of] the last which trigger the punishment. As long as your reports are accurate they will contribute to doing so later if the continue their negative behavior. If you do not report then they may just get away with it for longer.
