Every time I'm having fun with a game while carrying

The opposing team surrenders as soon as 20 minutes hits.

But when my team's losing, they -never- want to surrender, even after two or three aces. They'll only surrender when the enemies are pushing on the nexus. All while I'm in agony over slowly losing a game because my team is comprised of bullheaded jerks.

I honestly can't remember the last game I played where, when I was winning, we actually got to push the nexus down. I can clearly remember each loss, however, as they dragged on for too long.
