Sions W passive change -- a more fun way.

How about, instead of the current PBE buff, which is good, but a bit boring, W passive gains "gain double the hit points from kills by 'W' explosion". It'd keep power level about the same (probably a slight extra boost for jg sion, but with the season 7 stronger-but-slower-respawn jungle he's gaining less HP than in previous seasons, so it shouldn't be a problem), and this way sion will feel that he did something for the extra stacks, as opposed to them arriving automatically for something he was doing for other reasons (by far, the biggest benefit to lasthitting is gold, and it'll remain this way with the proposed change, the extra HP is just a little extra).

So how about that?

P.S. The current PBE change is that HP per (non-large) kill from W are going from 2 to 3.

I don't like. Sion really doesn't use his W for waveclear anyways. It has a high mana cost and his Q and E are just much better waveclear spells.

Yes, he normally doesn't, hence the tradeoff. It wouldn't be as interesting if it was, on something he uses for most efficient waveclear anyway. This way he has a choice, efficiency vs. extra stacks, which I feel makes it more interesting.
