I kinda have to grin sometimes because if the Support/carry lane was never actually invented/enforced none of these threads would actually exist.

Seriously ya'll need to just cool your heads because guess what? This bot lane meta isn't going to change anytime soon.

So take a chill pill, if you hate playing common support picks then pick a kill support or something else. Seriously get a friend to do ali/blitz lane or brand/annie combo or something idk this game has a crap ton of champions to play with it isn't the end of the world you know.

Honestly, I don't mind being support. If people didn't mind not getting all the kills, I think more people would play support.

Supports are incredibly useful, they're only not useful when the carries of your team end up getting fed to such a degree that it becomes a total stomp throughout the game that they die before the support can do anything in team fights. They can dictate the tide of the game and with the correct application of CC change the course of team fights.

well, i'm a proud jungle/adc/support main, and i have to say that my overall best role would be support, i simply don't play it because it's the ultimate cuckery, you're basically the slut of your team and if you're stuck with retards the only thing you can go is to put your fingers between your hair and go cry in a corner...

On the other hand, when i get a decent adc and a decent team i go 3/2/40 and the few times i manage to duo with friends that are diamond i go 0/0/20 making the enemy surrend@20 with praise and compliments from my adc that wonders why i'm not higher elo than the one i'm currently at because my skills are absolutely over the bar.

If more people could stop being imbecilles being a support would be the most fun and rewarding experience of your life, too bad casuals and retards flood this game so its enjoyment is ruined.

If you don't like reading people's opinions on gameplay, then why are you posting here?

I got to gold this year playing only support, and I didn't even have to play any of the champions you mentioned to have a good time. You can have a good time and climb.

I like seeing people's suggestions on how to improve the role. Every time people try to have a constructive and logical conversation about the support role someone comes in and tries to shut down the conversation, and I truly don't understand why. In general the support threads I see offer so much helpful and insightful posts.

Tweaking the support role isn't out of the question. Riot is going to have to do it sometime, and a lot of people are sharing their good ideas.

I wouldn't call myself an ADC main but I do play a lot of it and I know without a shadow of a doubt that if I stomp lane it's due to my support. I've also noticed that constant praise to the deserving supp not only makes their day for finally being appreciated but also seems to boost their play and for the remainder of the game I see him zipping around the map doing what a good support does.

On the flip side if I'm getting stomped in lane I try to find the reasoning for it while still being positive with my lane buddy, even a supp not doing so well deserves gratitude for playing the role most don't want to.
