Lame Taric - Fixing what wasn't broken.

Can we get Taric's shatter back? Maybe stick it in with his Q? The E is stupid easy to dodge. Man...if you're going to revert revert Taric because he is garbage until late-mid to late game. Right now he has no offensive firepower at all without giving up good position to crazy positioning until he gets 40% CDR in order to spam his E. I'd rather have a huge armor break for his ult as well than the invincible thing i'm sure ghostcrawler came up with...rolls eyes. How many more invincible abilities are we going to get with these new champs? Just about every single one since Yasuo except for Illaoi has had some kind of invincible aspect (even Kalista's non-stop kiting passive!). ENOUGH! Give us champs that are fun to play where you don't have to FF at 15!
