Assists CHAMPION ASSISTS Contributing to a fight within 10 seconds ⇒ 20 seconds of a kill grants assist gold and experience making execute strategy useless.

MINION GROWTH NOW WIN THE GAME FOR YOU Minions become stronger every 90 seconds ⇒ every 60 seconds

Poros GET EXCITED Fixed some animation bugs with happy poros - because if you roll melee on this new ARAM you will not be!

I never used the items ancient coin, relic shield, etc. in ARAM, never saw the need for it. I embrace ARAM as a violent clash of skills, not some place to slowly build money. I keep playing ARAM everyday and such changes haven't affected my games in the slightest. It's the same shit as always, heavily luck-based, if you get a bad team comp chances are you'll lose the match.

Support items were pretty much useless on this map, and the gold per nearby minion death is more fair and consistent across the board, also keeps people from getting stomped as easily.

Everyone knows that people who rely on executes are assholes and nobody likes them anyway.

Minions don't win the game for you, they are just stronger when you push with them like any other game before the changes. This just means that the minions are a bigger help sooner. The waves still balance each other out in the long run, and you don't get freak winion pushes.

Melee are just as good as ever (probably better). The gold for minion deaths is actually a substantial buff to melees who were having the hardest time before (those ones that get zoned off farm really easily, especially early on).

Also, you can and often do still get those intense tug-o-war moments between downed inhibs, they just last for less time. Furthermore, comebacks are more common so far and also feel much more satisfying.

As someone who plays 90% of his matches as ARAM now, I can confirm that these changes are just what the mode needed.
