To anyone who says remove conquerer

That is an absolutely ridiculous idea. Conquerer was added so fighters out duel tanks. Fighters are suppose to out duel tanks by nature. Out dueling is literally the goal of the whole role. Idk where people are getting the ridiculous idea that tanks and fighters are supposed to be equal in dueling potential. Some even go as far as to think tanks should outduel fighters, like what??? And yes, fighters are supposed to be dominant in lane, while tanks are designed to do better in teamfights. The problem with tank dissatisfaction is due to game pacing and high damage in general. (Specifically percent HP, Penetration, True damage, lethality, and resistance shreds.) Stop blaming fighters for doing what they are supposed to do.
