Kass is still a strong pick, it's just that he has a weak early game and other mobile champs do not. Eve and Aatrox suffer from having passives that are so strong that it hinders their other abilities. If you were to give any other jungler Eve's passive they would be OP as shit. Lux is fine. I'm sick of people complaining that her mana costs are too high. There's a reason for that. Her E's hitbox is massive, her W is a double hitting aoe shield, and her Q is a double hitting snare. She has a safe early game and a very strong late. If her mana costs were lower early on, she would be absolute Hell to lane against while still having a very good late game. Morde isn't going to get any more mobility than what they gave on his W, and he isn't going to get CC. This is as strong as he's going to get. Shen is getting buffs on the PBE that if they stick, will probably make him one of the stronger top laners in the game. Skarner is 100% fine. He's one of my personal best junglers. His only problem is that his ult is countered by QSS/Mikael's. Teemo still wins most lanes, or at least should. After that he has objective and vision control out the ass and does quite a bit of damage late game. I don't understand why everyone thinks Twitch is suddenly UP. Not too long ago he was a top pick and now he's shit apparently. I don't play him so I don't have an opinion on him. Mundo isn't particularly weak, but his ult is countered by morellos and ignite.

I purposefully diddnt put GP on there, since he is being reworked soon, Ezreal is hard, Diana/Khazix are snowball champs, MF and Yorick I just flat out missed, and TF is good, but get wrecked by assassins.
