Is Teemo ever getting a rework?

I really don't feel like he has an identity right now... What even is he? A mage? A marksman? An assassin? His kit don't really makes sense to me, it looks like all of its abilities are just given to him randomly... His lore isn't updated anymore too, we don't know any of his relations in the new lore... Plus I think he is in a really huge need of visual love.

Also if he keeps his Blinding Dart, I would like to see it become a point and click Quinn Q rather than seeing it in its actual state, I really don't like it right now.

I imagine if there is a rework, it'll stay in development hell because the vast Majority of Teemo players like him how he is.
