Tried Hurricane --> PD --> IE for kalista. Works well but you have no damage pre-IE
Tried bork-->hurricane-->IE for kalista. Works pretty good but you cant get anymore attack speed.
Vayne i go PD-->Stattik-->IE

Geshultz1 votesFor vayne it depends on how far ahead or behind your team is. Normal build with w max is Bork Stattik shiv/ranger's cannon or Phantom dancer into IE but it varies depending on team opponents and how difficult your lane matchup is. Normally its BF sword into zeal item into IE for easier matchups. For harder ones Bork in Zeal item into situational item
