Autofill in Season 9 vs Season 8

I don't mind autofilling time to time with new positional rank. But in season 8 by queueing Mid primary and support secondary I had mid about 90% of the time, I even had to put support first when I wanted to play it, my queue time were about 5 minutes and now I get mid 20% of the time with almost no queue time.
