Dear Riot, how many times do you need to be told?

There are some who disagree, but the feedback so far has been overwhelmingly against mark/dash. Instead of balance, it has given assassins, especially high burst melee assassins too much power. For them it is like yet another close.

What does it take for you to admit it was a huge mistake and just remove it? Please respond!

every thread complaining about mark/dash has been downvoted so far. the thread supporting it has like 200 upvotes.

seems to me more like its generally welcomed.

Seems I have seen posts that have 60+ in favor of at least limiting it if not removing it. Most of the posts I've seen from people thinking it is okay are those that don't play aram. Those that like it seem like the people that say "It's only aram" as part of their not wanting it removed. "It's only _____" is the statement of people that ought not play the mode in the first place, and leave the mode to those that enjoy it.

Most feedback is negative in general...most people who are content do not go yelling about it.

Meaning that feedback is useless? How many people have praised a buff on their favorite champs? How many have praised a nerf on an obviously op champ? How many people said "YES!" the last time Teemo was nerfed?

Did I say that? Nope. Try not to get too offended and create imaginary conversations that didn't happen.

have any of your queue times increased? i find myself waiting beyond reasonable amts of time for a game, and i often just leave queue eventually.... i think people have spoken not by down voting or even posting on the boards, (alhough some have) but by not playing the game mode anymore, and that more than anything else to me says there is a much bigger problem than is being talked about by riot, or players in general...

how much thought or testing was put into mark/dash before it was implemented? what if it was put on SR, the community would be up in arms about it, and rightfully so....

they are planing on a small damage nerf, we have been told.... eh.... ok.... has the inclusion of it solved the "problem" of poke.... no not at all... so why not remove it until it is tested, adjusted, and then put in live...

i just have a hard time believing it was tested outside of the poro event

How many times are people like you going to post these threads crying about it and how your aram account is worthless now. Just deal with the fucking dash, they're nerfing it and keeping eyes on it heavily to look for any other shit they should nerf. It's not getting removed, shut up.

How about we complain about it until it is removed? Better answer in my book.

I would say the spell is overall a good idea, but it does need to be pulled back a bit. For one, it shouldn't be a good idea to take it on Kog'Maw or the like. It can basically give you an extra poke ability: this at least is getting a nerf in the upcoming patch, loading more damage to the dash than the mark. Second, it is up waaay too often. There aren't enough windows of opportunity for poke-heavy teams--ya know, the ones that were dominating ARAM--to actually poke, they are always getting jumped on thanks to Mark's low CD.

But otherwise I think it's a great spell. It makes champions like Renekton or Udyr-- who were "meh" or just downright garbage in most ARAM games--and makes them a lot more fun.

I don't like Renekton that much, but Udyr has been one of my favorite ARAM champs, build tanky, run in the midst, stun everyone and run out. You don't get kills, but wins happen that way like crazy. With mark/dash he is even more op, too op. If mark/dash did no damage at all, and had the same cd as flash, then it would at least have a counter for squishy champs (Dang, I have been marked ... hit flash and dash doesn't work would counter it). Though of course multiple people hitting you with mark and then dashing would still give them a near sure kill. It certainly should have a sure counter as much as almost everything else does, but a champ that can dash/stun (trigger the stun just prior to dash) means you are essentially dead if you get marked. No counter, and totally op.
