If you have the Krug-stun smite buff and stand at juuuuust the right distance from mobs their targeting AI will start to fritz and they'll start spinning in circles instead of attacking you. I haven't found a perfect position for Krugs and wolves yet, but against everything else you take virtually no damage. I was able to do a full-clear before my first back on Kog'Maw.

Hahah, Its not effortless. Even when you exploit the bug once in a while the whole thing resets and you cant move fast enough to stop the creep from healing. Maybe you get to take 0 damage from a wave or two every couple minutes. You still usually dont have the gap-closers for ganking that a melee champ has. Plus, wave clear takes a shit ton of time early game (With a few exceptions).
Im not sure you've ever even TRIED to play a ranged jungle in a normal game. Please do before you spout shit.
