inconsistencies

This is the most interesting topic about League of Legends i came up with :P

My dilema is next. Should items with "dash" be restricted for building on champions with dash(es) ?

Logic of my question is , if there is a reason why items like and are restricted on champions who are/arn't malee, then there should be reason(s) good enought to restrict building items like for champions who have the dash on their non ultimate ability(s) [atleast].

now i wonder if anyone of you readers agree or disagree and why .
