right? The AP ratio on his pre-changed Q was ridiculous.

I think it's a great direction. They listened and are attempting to curb Galios professional qualities to be able to render his solo queue qualities more engaging and usable to a wider elo, unlike what they did with Kalista, Ryze, or Azir. It's a little too strong, but nothing a few number taps won't adjust.
