New Ghosting Prevention Clause Needed for Live Streamers

I'm not a streamer myself, but I'm currently watching NightBlue3 getting obviously ghosted (they're making fun of him in all chat, etc.). This creates a huge and obvious disadvantage for his team. Punishment should be as severe as using a maphack to see opponent's team's location at all times, because I don't see how ghosting and maphacking are any different (they both require significant effort to do and provide the same advantage). The Terms of Service should be updated to include a no ghosting clause. Streamers should not have to delay their content as a compromise. I know most of you are not streamers, but this is for the competitive integrity of the game. Upvote for justice please.

Other team is just being smart, not their fault someone would showcase their every movement without a 45sec-1minute delay.

you just add the delay if youre playing a ranked match...you act like streamers are victims of some kind..how about getting money from riots content? they are making money off of streaming a free to play game and leaching off of Riots client base and somehow you think its unfair to the streamer if people watch him...and give him more money per viewer....think about it bro

OBS, the most common software used to stream, has this functionality built in.

Many streamers choose to disable it because they like to live chat with the stream.

Thus, stream watchers are actually what is causing issues for Night blue et. all, and it's out of Riot's control (as Riot already has a 3 minute delay on their official spectator system).

I need to add that it is in the interest of Riot to protect streamers and professional players. Just as they've done with spectate faker, they need to take a stance and address this issue. Ghosting makes a game incredibly not fun to watch.
