Check it out on Surrender@20, Mordekaiser got put back to live values. At least they got one of them back to a good spot, I'm still wondering about Viegar though.

Also, J4 nerfs are a good thing, he is too strong right now (he has been sitting on over a 52% win rate for a really long time), so anyone complaining about him getting nerfed before Lee will have to go cry in some other thread (Lee is still indirectly nerfed by the Warrior enchant nerf anyway).

And they kept most of the good things about the Morde changes too, like the W movespeed buff and the Q range increase and some of the health cost nerfs! If they don't touch him past this I'll be happy.
