I am so sick of how Riot controls win percentage

If I am on some kind of winning streak, I should be forced to face tougher opponents, preferably in my lane. Not having to deal with bot lanes that go 0-10. I mean, how am I supposed to prove that I might be worth of a division upgrade or something of that nature if the game is lost in some other lane. You know, even if you go 3-0 top lane, facing a 8-0 adc, you have no chance.
