I love to fill but i dont want to support EVERY single game. Yet it seems like everytime i pick secondary fill i end up in the support role. Even if they make a fill any role (except x) alot of people will just fill everything but support. Is there anything that can be done about this?
you'd have to make the role of support attractive to the common player. most people like to get all the credit without doing any of the work, not do all the work so someone else can get all the credit

Why yes, because the amount of support primaries is relatively small.
Yes, alter the whims of the players to create an environment where every role is equally desired.
No idea who to do that though. XD
Or you can petition Riot to create a queue system that forces the roles randomly on people, and then force everyone to play that by removing the others. But you'll be hated by everyone for that I guess.
Only way to make Support less needed is to get more people into the role.
It's not easy though, some people REALLY like getting the kills and never like setting them up.
