Can annie have a buff?

I feel that I am basically a punching bag until 6. People have more range, more damage and more sustain than annie. With the E changes now Syndra just straight up kills you 6 and you can't survive with a well timed E. I feel like vlad will just out sustain your mana pool. I don't think Annie is a hyper carry or something that would justify getting kicked around so hard early game. I'm not talking about anything huge.

What Annie needs is the mana cost of her W drastically reduced and refunded when she kills minion. Increase her W damage if need be, for a melee spell it's very weak early on.

Annie is bullied very easily because she has atrocious wavepush, so she always gets shoved in while outranged.

She's supposed to be a skirmish/teamfight champ, so she should have strong wavepush to be able to roam since she'll never be a good 1v1 midlaner with her lack of DPS and range.

Id like to see something. Maybe even an orianna like passive where her autos get a bit of ap damage, or a pseudo sheen passive.

Annie needs a mini-rework to be more fun. Just replacing her Q with something more exciting would be a step forward. In the Onslaught gamemode, Jinx had an upgrade that made her flame chompers chase after nearby targets. A similar effect could be used for Annie. Her Q could summon a small fire elemental (visually, a poro made of flame) that Annie throws as a bouncing skill shot in a direction. If the skill shot misses, then the fire elemental starts seeking out the nearest target to explode on. It would be similar to Maokai's saplings, except the fire elemental would not persist as a ward. If it doesn't reach a target to explode on within 2 seconds or so after landing, it would simply fizzle out. As a compensation for becoming a skill shot, the cooldown and mana costs could be lowered, allowing Annie to create chaos by barraging the enemies with a hail of bouncing fire elementals. It would add a lot of excitement to Annie's kit. Let's be honest, the current targeted point-and-click Q is very boring, being no more interesting than a stronger autoattack.

... What? Annie is deliberately a simple champ and your suggesting ... to turn her into Ziggs? Her E is the biggest flaw; they tried to make it more worth casting with the MS steroid, and it does feel a lot better, but W and E still suck as spells on a somewhat long range mage. I'd give her E cast range, dealing a DoT as flames burst up for 2.5 seconds and can be recast during the duration to extend it by 2 more seconds. (both casts cost mana and count as spell casts.)

Thematically and design wise, Annie is ideally powerful and very dangerous, but simple to a fault. You want her spells to look and FEEL like a small child cast the, but fire is still fire and Annie does not play nice.

I did actually write a full rework concept that included W and E changes, and even did add DOT terrain effects: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/9eoZItco-annie-rework-kit-concept I've posted a couple iterations of the idea, and did get a decent amount of support for it one time.

But a mini-rework might be more feasible due to it requiring less resources from Riot. I do think a full rework would be better, but just replacing one boring ability (Q) would still be a noticeable improvement.

That would be nice, at least better wave clear please

She has less damage, less wave clear, less mobility, less range than every other champ midlane pre-6

Post 6 she's still worse in every category than most of the popular assassin roster, but at least she can kill other mages once every 5 min
