Is there any particular reason people are locked out of the client in low priorityQ?

Ok, i get it, i need to wait 20 mins before i can queue up. But why am i locked out of the store, hextech crafting, the chat windows, viewing profiles, and literally every part of the client.

And why is everyone else who is queued up with me locked out as well?

At the very least, give me the ability to respond to people asking me why im not inviting them, so I don't seem like a dick

Also why does it reset when you leave queue, I just got 5 lower priority queues cuz I had to restart my computer to fix the lagg. I wait 20 min and realize I was in ranked and not normal re-queue 20 min queue
