It literally gives flat AD. If tanks want it over Grasp of the Undying, then Grasp is probably undertuned.

who gives a damn about the flat ad when since tanks have high base damages on abilities, theyre goingg to get 20% true dmg, 4 seconds to activate it is a long time, even for a bruiser but for a tank not so much.

20% of their existing damage will be converted into true damage. That's...nice, but not really worth going into precision unless you already have reasons to like ad and attack speed.

Again, if tanks are so much more interested in bonus ad and a fifth of their damage ignore resistances than they are the scaling damage and sustain from Grasp that they're willing to spec precision, then grasp needs a buff.
