I never understood the reason as to why they add 6 skins.

There is no "substitute player" in solo queue though.

But imagine u were in The worlds winning team u played some matches ... dont u deserve a skin too? I think they also cater for the extra player and sometimes a ward for the coach

Each member of the winning team at Worlds are given the chance to have skins on the game in their honor, including substitutes. All the skins are designed based on the actual pro-players themselves which is why each member have their own special unique skin. They even get to make the decisions on how the recalls should look and other details they want on the skin.

I think they are still doing some testing. Don’t want people to buy these skins and have them blow up on them.

Normally we don't see them hit the PBE till a month or two before worlds patch
