So S9 is just going to be S7 with the dmg creep from S8?

Enchanters and ADC's getting quite hefty buffs. It reminds me of season 7. No doubt they will be the best role again, and thats fine. Shifting metas and shit like that. But what I dont like is how the damage creep is STILL not addressed and if the ADC meta does reoccur I wouldn't want this obscene amount of dmg the game currently is in to follow with it. Sounds like a very unpleasant experience.
