If Braum blocks something, he should be eligible for an assist on the champion who's attack was blocked.

Save my 10% HP ADC's ass from 100% HP Graves and the ADC kills Graves. I get nothing.

Another thing is, it makes your hitbox larger, this often causes you to just eat snares and other kinds of ranged CC, making it even harder for you to get assists.

Can you make it so he can get assists from his E?

I'm not sure if the game's framework is capable of recognizing such scenarios when skillshots have been deflected so as to save an ally and thereby give an assist if the champion that fired it died.
