Getting an S rank.
Ok everyone, here are the things you need to know about getting an S.
- It isn't designed to be easy.
- Spamming wards cannot guarantee an S rank.
- Objectives alone will not give an S rank.
- KDA alone will not get you an S rank.
How it does work. It compares you to other people playing that champion in that role. That means that if there is a challenger player that goes 25/0/50 with tons of damage every game, you are competing against him for an S rank.
What that means for you is that if you play meta or popular champs, in a meta or popular role, you are less likely to get an S rank, unless you are really really good with that champion.
I'm pretty sure I didn't miss anything. Their system is pretty self explanatory. Do better than everyone else, get a higher grade. This is no different than a bell curved test where not everyone is not guaranteed to get an A.
For example if you had test grades that were all (equally spread) between 90%-100%, and you applied a bell curve to it, the students that got a 90% are now an F, 91-92.5%% are D, 92.5-97.5%ish region are around your C's, 98.5-99% B's, and only your 100%s would be an A.
Stop acting like your scores are better than everyone else's just because you had an ok score.
