ADC ideas from a noob

My idea is this: Make ADC's relevant again.

(full disclaimer: I don't main ADC's and am an unranked noob. Take what I say with a grain of salt)

Idea 1. Turn Top into a Duo lane

Basically, move the ADC/Support team to top and replace bot with a Tank/fighter. The reason for a solo tank bot is to stay alive and keep the bot lane stalled at your tower. This opens up ganking opportunities from the river and should protect the tower late into the laning phase. Champs such as can hook enemies under the tower and 1v1 them and or force them to blow summs.

Idea 2. ADC's in the Mid lane

I know this already exists: and . My idea is to move other "ADC's" into the mid lane. . Basically by using range and abilities they become AD casters.
