Game Crashing in loading screen

Ever since I got my new laptop (Acer aspire /w i5 7th gen) I have not been able to play the game. Every time I try and play a game, the loading screen gets stuck with everyone at 0%, and my ping indicator at 0 and the loading circle not moving. The screen usually turns black and the window closes, giving me a bugsplat report. The last game I tried to play, the screen turned black, then returned to normal and the circle moved an eighth of the way around before turning black again, and suddenly my computer checked for errors and restarted.

One of the reports titled BsSndRpt said "Expected argument "i", but i think this was related to sending the report.

If you have any suggestions, please tell me. I don't want to have to try and play again as I have leaver buster due to this bug, and don't really want to wait 20 minutes just to "leave" another game.
