Toxicity Meter: Yasuo or Teemo?

We all know Teemo to be that little devil in the toplane. The one who if you step on a shroom will seal your doom, all the while spamming his laugh and disapearing from plain sight. I mean the infamy associated with Teemo is so great that he was one of the first champs I ever heard of (back when I didn't play). The thing with Teemo is that, though he is the true lord of all cancer bow in reverence, his late game/teamfighting... suffers. He is primarily an early/mid game champ who does his horrible deeds by poking his enemies down and punishing them when ever they try to CS. Lategame, Teemo suffers. Your waveclear is mediocre, most of your dmg is single target and your only cc are in your Q and R.

Yasuo... on the other hand... what can I say? He is good both early game and late game. His kit comes with both utility and damage, and his teamfighting potential is rather good.

I'm not asking for change/nerfs/buffs or anything. All I want is your opinion: Who is the current "toxic" champ?
