How do I get an interesting game?

It just all seems so boring these days. It used to be that even near the end of the match unless things were really bad you could still have swings, outplays, and turnarounds. I took a bit off due to school, life, etc., and now that I am back it seems like, in every game, I always know who is going to win inside the first 5 minutes. One side or the other starts getting outplayed (feeding, out CSed, etc., and yes, sometimes it is me) and from then on that side gets progressively weaker and there is no variation. There never seems to be any symmetry (where different positions on each side get fed), or teammates pulling others back from the brink. One side dominates from the start and the rest of the game is just a slow grind to victory or defeat as determined by those opening minutes.

How do I actually get back to the interesting and fun game I remember this being?

Have you tried custom matches? People host all gives of alternate games in there.

Well you see, every champion is being reworked into the same over complicated over flowing champions that are being added.

Also, since everyone can do damage or tank, it doesn't matter who gets fed because anyone if getting a few kills early is able to tank and obliterate people, so you cant single out a target and kill him and make the other fed players not so powerful like you used to.

For example:

Old team -

Wukong Jungle Riven Top Ahri Mid Twitch ADC Janna Support

Separate the team from wukong and CC the riven and their team does no damage

New team with same champions

Everyone has about the same amount of health give or take 500-700 Everyone does a loooooot of damage, maybe not janna but she still has more cc than before with all the mastery overpowering and item overpowering

So, you lose, almost no matter what if their team gets ahead of you at all unless you are playing one of the 10 champions that can obliterate everyone.
