Morde doesn't need more tankiness. He has plenty if he gets fed and rolling.

The downside is he's immobile as they come and has no way of sticking to anyone before Rylai's, and even then, his piss poor movement speed and range means it's easy to stay away.

Morde snowballs way harder than most champs just because of how his kit works

I think morde needs some sort of mobility, his base ms is 325 and even after applying stormradiers , it still makes it difficult to apply the third on hit with his q. I think just the ms should be buff to around 335(in my opinion).
