Does Malphite's passive work with Runic Echoes? If so, is that a better choice than Veteran's scars on him?

- Every types of additionnal temporary health that is displayed as clear grey health (for complete shield), or dark blue (for a magic-damage-only shield, only used for Morgana's Black Shield and Hexdrinker's Passive).
- The shield of the passive of Mordekaiser, displayed in his secondary bar.
