RIOT always starts like this, and then they change one thing after another, small steps, but like we say in my country "Steter Tropfen höhlt den Stein" (Which means the small drops will eventually hollow the rock if they are just enough in numbers)

Shyvauni1 votesI think they are more attempingg pre-emptive complaints in an effort to get Riot to stop before they go to far. I am uncertain how this change affects Rammus as I never played him much so I have no fish in this boat.
Blyted1 votesFor jungle Rammus this change will not even be veey noticeable 2 seconds is plenty of slow. For lane Rammus, which barely exists it will reduce the power of turret cheese.

The three top champs right now, mundo, malphite, and rammus are only there because the meta right is creating. If they nerf these champs who directly counter ad then it's time to join the veteran abandon train since they have lost sight and what's important
RocketRelm1 votesTo be fair, the other nerf he received is that the % increase to bonus Armor/MR has gone down, which is a prime choice for tanks such as him and Leona that gain sizable bonus ar/mr from abilities. While not much, it is another nerf and to be honest probably bigger than the direct slow nerf.
