Easy and sensible fix to balance Vayne.

Remove the stealth on her ult.... It is obnoxious and never made sense while adding an extra level of power and safety she doesnt need. I think the steroid her ults gives her, plus tumble plus condem should be plenty of safety and offense ontop of true bolts and her passive for chasing; the stealth mechanic is just over kill.

I think Stealth is vital for her, as she's a short ranged ADC and needs to reposition so badly...

It's why you can destroy her pretty easily if you get a Caitlyn ult on her early in the fight (grants true sight), or use oracles / pink wards against her.

I'd say a reasonable nerf would be to increase the cooldown on her tumble pretty drastically (like double it) AND give her tumble a passive that refunds that extra cooldown if she uses the enhanced auto attack. So nothing changes if she's using tumble offensively or even to kite, but she doesn't have it up repeatedly to escape from champions that should be able to chase down an adc. Would at least like to see what happens.

Stealth pushes Vayne to perform in more of a team-oriented roll rather than be like Tryndamere and split-push 24/7 because good at 1v1 and terrible in team-fights.

If anything, Vayne should be changed to be a better team-fighter and worse duelist so she isn't as oppressive in a 1v1 and she requires more team-spirit and less lone-wolf attitudes.

Also - removing things from a kit isn't balanceing so much as re-working. Balancing changes largely involve raising or lowering the existing numbers in a kit, the Xs and Ys, not adding or removing mechanics. Doing something like, say, raising the mana costs on Vayne's skills so her early game is nerffed, more costly, and allows more opportunities to punish her would be a simple way to balance her.

Stripping parts of a champion's kits and removing part of how they work because balance is a fast way to punt meta picks into purple caster minion territory where they have no identity and they're completely unusable.
