Make Secondary Role Optional

If someone is hellbent on playing primary role, they should be allowed to play that role even if it means they will wait longer. Simultaneously, if you're one of those people who are undecided and could play two potential roles (or all if fill), then that's okay too.

Some days, I will be like this. I may want to play jungle only (my main role), but I may feel like being adventurous and play top or support on other days.

Also, remove Fill from secondary role; there's honestly no purpose to it. We all know putting Fill in secondary will put you in anything but primary pick 90% of the time.
