Riot, stop making new champions, you clearly have exceeded your capacity

There are so many champs in the dirt right now because riot just focuses on meta and what champs can create shorter games. I play games in league with champs, such as nautilus, who is so far in the dumpster he cant compete with anything. RIot needs to do a major balance pass through on every champ
