Zed Flash Kill

I've noticed that sometimes Gold/Plat Zeds will play against me, WEQ me to about 1/3 health... and then suddenly Flash and get a kill.

What is the combo that they use for such plays? It doesn't involve Ult but with some combination of W, E, Q, and auto (I'm not sure if W is involved) they INSTANTLY kill me from 1/3 HP.

What is the most reliable Flash Zed combo to finish off a target at 1/3 health? And by reliable I mean that it will almost always hit and not miss.

Does anyone know?

I'm guessing flash > E > AA. Zed's passive lets his autos do a surprising amount of damage and a single AA would probably take about half of the rest of your HP bar when you're sitting in lane at 1/3 HP.

Zed's innate causes his auto-attacks to deal bonus damage to targets below 50% health.
