What is going on with matchmaking? Winrate has tanked.
I usually hover around a 49% win rate. Since Preseason changes I can barely seem to win a game. I think my win rate is 15% at the moment. What the hell is going on?

If you are at 15%, that means someone is at 85%, it all Ballances out eventually.
There is also strong possibility that there is simply not enough players to make better match in specific time you were playing.
I myself am playing only very little now (and its mostly aram anyway) and only with my friends. I don't like the state of game of the preseason so I simply wait for it to end. I suspect a lot of players do the same. It's just a guess though so I have no way to confirm/deny that.
