How do you build triforce, max cd, and a pen item without feeling bad as a bruiser?
Gettting black cleaver seems redundant when you have triforce. Arrrgghh. Or how do you do the build?

What champion are you talking about?
Hecarim, Illaoi
Illaoi shouldn't be getting triforce and hecarim shouldn't be getting black cleaver. There you go problem solved!
But...errr
Why didn't i think of this?
Okay whats my cd items on Hecarim if i want to max it?
Depends on the enemy team and your preferred build. Frozen Heart, Spirit Visage, Locket of the Iron Solari, Youmuu's Ghostblade, and even Ionian Boots of Lucidity are all fine choices, excluding the ones previously mentioned of course. 10% CDR is very easy to start with as well if you set up your runes right.
Thanks for the response.
Hecarim, Illaoi
On hecarim I us triforce and get my cdr apirit visage, warrior enchant and runes
Illaoi I could see cleaver, warmogs, and spirit visage bring popular
Getting pen is nice but it's much better for assassins then bruisers

How come? Usually as a bruiser I feel like I do little damage unless I have some sort of pen.

armor pen is better against squishy targets then it is beefier frontliners, thats why its good on assassins who have a little more choice in who they fight.
armor pen isn't bad on bruisers tho, it makes there base damage higher, but on most juggernauts you really only need 1 maybe 2 dmg items to function, and those are better to be items that also grant you durability, so stuff like black cleaver and steraks gage, maw too if yo really want armor pen.
on hecarim and illaoi tho, steraks and black cleaver (illaoi) or triforce (hecarim) or even ice born gauntlet (hecarim) is more then enough damage to carry you through the game
